It is located in a residential area, just minutes away from the city centre, it can be reached with the city buses. Free parking, with 80 places for buses and cars in a vast parking in the shade, which is closed at night an electronic system.

The Maison du Seminaire is totally redone and modernised and can accomodate groups for bed and board or just half board.
It has conference rooms for training "stages", professional study "Forfait".
